The University of Maryland offers space-related studies from undergraduate and graduate programs to specialized Certificates and Master's of Engineering degrees for working professionals.


PROGRAMS FOR WORKING PROFESSIONALS

Maryland Applied Graduate Engineering at the University of Maryland offers a Professional Master of Engineering (M.Eng) and Graduate Certificate in Engineering (GCEN) in Aerospace Engineering with a space-related specialization for professionals who want to expand their expertise in technology areas related to space systems and exploration. 

The Professional Master of Engineering requires 30 credits and the Graduate Certificate in Engineering requires 12 credits. No research or thesis is needed. Many courses are offered in the evening and additional online courses are being planned to be available soon.
